Therapy Group for Single Women in Their Late 30s and Early 40s

This group is designed for single women navigating the unique challenges of dating, friendship, identity, and life transitions in their late 30s and early 40s. Whether you’re feeling pressure around timelines, redefining what fulfillment looks like, or craving deeper connection—you’re not alone.

Each week, we’ll blend guided reflection with open process time to explore topics like self-worth, relational patterns, grief around “what hasn’t happened yet,” and the empowerment of living life on your own terms.

This group offers a space to be real, supported, and seen—without judgment, timelines, or comparison.

This 9-week therapy group offers a space for millennial and Gen Z women to explore the emotional side of dating in NYC. Together, we’ll unpack dating patterns, attachment styles, and cultural pressures around love, partnership, and self-worth.

You don’t need to be in a relationship to work on your relationship with yourself.

This group might be for you if:

  • You’re single in your 30s or 40s and feel stuck between chapters

  • You’re navigating grief, confusion, or frustration about what hasn’t happened (yet)

  • You feel pressure—external or internal—to “figure it all out”

  • You’re doing the work in therapy, but still crave real connection and support from women in a similar season

  • You’re tired of conversations that revolve around marriage and kids—and want space to talk about everything else

  • You’re exploring what fulfillment looks like outside of traditional timelines or expectations

  • You want a place where you can be honest, vulnerable, and celebrated—for exactly where you are
