Why Join Gluck Psychology Collective?
Remote-first flexibility + beautiful in-person space
Enjoy the flexibility of a remote-first schedule with clinician-led autonomy, plus access to our cozy Flatiron office space just across from Madison Square Park for in-person sessions and team connection.
Clinician-led scheduling
We build schedules collaboratively so your caseload feels sustainable, aligned, and supportive of your life outside of work.
Professional development that actually supports growth
Access an extensive library of training resources, consultation materials, and ongoing learning opportunities. Full-time clinicians can discuss advanced training support, including opportunities in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and other trainings that align with your clinical goals, with financial support from the practice.
Supervision + licensure support
Receive individual supervision to support your growth as a clinician and help you accrue hours toward independent licensure.
Administrative support that lets you focus on therapy
We handle client coordination, billing support, insurance logistics, and practice marketing so you can spend more energy where it matters most: your clients and your clinical work.
Real-time clinical support
You are never alone in difficult clinical moments. Dr. Gluck is available for consultation and support when crises, complex cases, or challenging moments arise.
Health, vision, and dental reimbursement
For clinicians meeting full-time requirements, we offer pre-tax reimbursement support for health, vision, and dental coverage.
Opportunities beyond the therapy room
At GPC, there is room to grow beyond your caseload. Clinicians have opportunities to:
lead trainings and workshops
create guides, workbooks, and bootcamps
contribute to social media and thought leadership content
participate in networking and community events
grow into supervision and leadership roles
Reliable payroll + streamlined systems
Biweekly payroll with direct deposit, plus access to a thoughtfully designed clinical workflow through our EHR, internal dashboard systems, and HIPAA-compliant AI note support that makes documentation feel significantly less stressful.
Competitive compensation + growth-based earning model
This is a fee-for-service position with a unique tiered compensation model designed to reward growth. The more clients you see, the more you earn per clinical hour. Full-time, fully licensed clinicians have strong six-figure earning potential.
Long-term growth within the practice
We are actively building a group practice with room for both clinical and leadership advancement. Whether your path includes specialization, supervision, program development, or leadership, we want to support your growth here.
