GLUCK PSYCHOLOGY PLLC is a professional entity organized under the laws of the State of New York and operates in compliance with applicable mental health licensing standards. Services are delivered by licensed clinicians or by pre-licensed trainees under appropriate clinical supervision, as required by law.

2. Scope of Services

Services provided through this Site and by GLUCK PSYCHOLOGY PLLC are limited to mental health therapy for individuals who are physically located in New York State at the time of service. We do not offer crisis intervention, emergency care, or medical/psychiatric services.

No therapeutic relationship is established through use of this Site, including the submission of contact forms or emails. A therapy relationship begins only after completion of all required documentation and mutual agreement to initiate treatment.

3. No Medical or Legal Advice

All content on this Site is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended to constitute or substitute professional medical, psychiatric, or legal advice.

If you are experiencing a psychiatric or medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

4. Telehealth and Jurisdiction

GLUCK PSYCHOLOGY PLLC provides therapy services through HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms. By scheduling a telehealth session, you confirm that you will be physically present in New York State at the time of the session.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York County, NY.

5. Fee-for-Service Model and Payment Terms

We operate as an out-of-network, fee-for-service practice. Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We do not accept insurance directly.

We can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, though this does not guarantee reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to the full session fee.

6. Communications Disclaimer

Messages sent through the Site—including contact forms and email—are not encrypted and should not be used to transmit sensitive or time-sensitive health information. Submitting a message through the Site does not create a provider–client relationship.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, images, blog posts, PDFs, and downloadable resources—is the intellectual property of GLUCK PSYCHOLOGY PLLC and is protected under U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws.
