Hi, I’m Sky.

If your mind feels like it’s always running—filled with to-do lists, self-doubt, or endless what-ifs—you’re not alone.

Maybe you’re:

  • Stuck in patterns you can’t quite name

  • Constantly second-guessing yourself

  • Exhausted from trying to keep it all together

Therapy with me is a space to slow down, breathe, and get curious—without needing to have it all figured out. We'll explore what’s coming up for you with care, honesty, and zero pressure to perform.

My Approach

My style is collaborative, present, and curious. I’m here to explore your experiences with you—not to tell you how to feel or what to fix.

I pull from:

  • Psychodynamic therapy to understand how your past might be shaping the way you relate to yourself and others today

  • Mindfulness and CBT-based tools to support emotional regulation, build awareness, and gently shift how you respond to thoughts and feelings

My approach is also holistic and mind-body oriented. We won’t just talk about what you’re thinking—we’ll slow down and notice how emotions and experiences show up in your body, too.

I don’t come in with a one-size-fits-all plan. Instead, therapy becomes a space to:

  • Explore what’s working—and what’s not

  • Make sense of what feels stuck

  • Offer care and attention to the parts of you that need it most

All of this unfolds at a pace that’s attuned to you—never rushed, always respectful.

What Working With Me Feels Like

I’m an engaged, collaborative therapist—not someone who just nods and takes notes. I show up fully in the work with you, whether we’re:

  • Sitting with difficult emotions

  • Exploring what feels stuck

  • Practicing tools to help you feel more grounded and supported

Building trust and safety is at the heart of how I approach therapy. I always move at a pace that feels attuned to your needs—not rushed, never forced.

You can expect:

  • Thoughtful reflections and curious questions to help you connect the dots

  • A space where all parts of you are welcome—your thoughts, your emotions, your intuition

  • Occasional use of mindfulness, grounding techniques, and breathwork, when it feels supportive to bring your body into the process

Our sessions aren’t about performance or perfection. They’re about showing up—messy, curious, honest—and discovering what’s possible when you don’t have to carry it all alone.
